Coverage
Every new electric scooter includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Spare parts carry a 6-month warranty. Accessories are covered for 3 months.

What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@scooter.local with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a short video showing the defect.
- We review within 2 business days and arrange pickup or a replacement part.
